I hope this message finds you well (though I myself am personally just recovering from a minor medical condition.)

A letter has been brought to my attention by the press. It is dated 5th October 2023 and is allegedly from you to your kind, humble spouse First Lady Hon. Mama @JanetMuseveni regarding a purported "Idi Amin institute",

1 - First of all, the letter is simply idiotic. I genuinely even doubted that such Fake news was actually written by you.
Please clarify!
In the event that it was, as a procedural matter, you forgot to indicate which specific laws of Uganda underpin your action in this letter. It seems like some angry incompetent person airing out their own disgruntled opinion from a government office.
As you probably already know, every action in official government letters has to be based on clearly stipulated laws, rules, and/or regulations.
This simple requirement is there to curb abuse of office, and promote good governance and the rule of law for each formal decision taken by any senior public servant representing the state.

2 - Secondly, we the Amin family have not made any such request, and therefore would appreciate not being associated with what I suspect is a political scam, a stupid intelligence operation setup, and/or simply some elaborate corruption attempt on next three financial year's budget. Let's wait and see what twist happens next!
Our only current request is that you kindly explain to the people of Uganda a few facts, especially how on January 22nd 1973, at House 49, Maluku Housing estate in Mbale, @PoliceUg found you driving a Volkswagen whose registration number UUU 171 had been reported by eyewitnesses of the heinous broad daylight abduction of the first ever indeginous Prime Minister of Uganda, @DPUganda1954 political party Secretary General, and Chief Justice of the @JudiciaryUG of the Republic of Uganda, the late Mr. Benedicto Kiwanuka.

It would be great if you could indicate the whereabouts of his remains and those of others since you are the self-declared only remaining survivor of the terrorist group that was found at Maluku Housing estate on these cases. Others were sentenced by court to capital punishment (firing squad) for the murders, and you have confessed that you fled police arrest that day to hide in the nearby forest, a story that you once used to amply narrate yourself, including in your own book "Sowing the Mustard Seed".

The families of these dissappeared innocent civilian elites and the people of Uganda at large can then have the historic somber privilege of offering all your victims, including possibly other more recent ones like NUP party activist John Bosco Kibalama, a befitting state funeral in their respective home grounds.

However, I formally implore that as the Fountain of Honour, your excellency makes a little effort so as not to "conveniently forget" to provide to the people of Uganda your explanation for the Volkswagen vehicle you were seen driving, and which you declared in your book that you had its keys in your pocket when you were confronted by police.
