Our Christmas Concert with @FinchleySOrch is less than a week away! Favourite #carols to sing along to and lots of festive favourites for the whole family
Our May concert - very excited for the first performance of the fabulous Dymock songs, as well as some beautiful #Elgar and #Parry embodying the spirit of the British summer (but not as grey!)
Very excited for this lovely programme marking 400 years since the death of #WilliamByrd, alongside some masterful #Bach motets, with some bonus Bach cello music as well
Our 11 March concert explores Byrd's Anglican & Catholic music, as well as 2 Bach motets; very excited for this one. Still room for experienced singers, especially tenors - visit https://t.co/tzQfzohdLu if you'd like to try out; we rehearse Tues evenings in Finchley
Rehearsals resume in January for our March concert of #Bach and #Byrd , including the glorious 4-Part Mass - we always welcome experienced singers, especially tenors currently, please contact us via https://t.co/SEoERkhuZI if you'd like to try out
Christmas Concert this Saturday - the perfect place to escape wall-to-wall footie! Please come and support local music making with this family favourite event
@ChrisRowbury @choirplace In the case of my husband it's because he's come to see me or our oldest child but he doesn't really enjoy classical music on its own and needs to bring a book to read but doesn't want to seem too rude!
#Brahms German Requiem - call for experienced singers for 9 July as we are expanding our usual forces for this performance with full orchestra. If you can rehearse on a Tues evening in Finchley from next month, please message - and if you can't, RT to your singing friends!
A celestial experience awaits on 14 May #Rutter#Bernstein and a rare chance to hear David Bedford's moving 2006 composition 'The soft stars that shine at night'
