@airindia Wrote in DM. Please check. While deboarding, he felt his Armani Exchange Specs & a Sudha Murty's Book..at seat 12 A on AI 156. Mr. Surajit Chaudhuri. If it can be arranged to be retrieved and returned to him in the next replacement flight, that will be really appreciated 🙏🏻

@airindia The least you all could have done was given the passengers food & water. My brother is thirsty, hungry, tired and clueless!!!🤬😡 And there are so many old people there!! How can you all be so inhuman and unprofessional?! shame in name of our country @airindia ... Unbelievable!!
