@RoaringHammy I think “good” is a loose term. For me, I set my investment goals that are non negotiable and anything after that is fair game. Spend it on whatever. I could theoretically spend less and invest more to accelerate everything but the balance is what matters for me.

It’s all incomprehensible. Think about the speed of light and how images from billions of years ago are projected into space. A sufficiently advanced society with a proper telescope wouldn’t even see us. They would see primordial earth or dinosaurs or something. Same goes for when we look into space. Image if we found a planet with life. That life may already be long extinct.
