Just days after I publicly and repeatedly demanded Texas stop funding FLOCK/ALPRs (and after filing legislation to fight them for years), Gov @GregAbbott_TX ordered state agencies to clarify that local governments can’t use grant money for FLOCK!!

I will be asking if this prohibition also stops DPS from spending millions on FLOCK cameras… that must also happen!
