We've had a lot of internal discussions about the state of $MEMORIDE and what the right path forward looks like for the people who actually believe in what we're building.

We've concluded that memoride the project, the product, the mission is stronger than ever and isn't going anywhere. What needs to change is the foundation the token sits on.

Our Bankr launch came out of no where and was hit hard at the open: snipers, bundled wallets, and scam clusters took a large share of supply in the first blocks. We went through the transactions one by one to map who the real holders are versus who was farming the launch. The cap table that came out of day one was never going to give our real community a fair shake.

So we made a deliberate call. One of the biggest reasons we went quiet on Twitter was to let the bundles, the bots, and the weak hands rotate out so that when we take our snapshot, it reflects the people who are actually here. This was fully calculated to make our migration as clean as it can possibly be.

That migration is to @virtuals_io. We're relaunching $MEMORIDE through Virtuals' Genesis system, a launch layer built specifically to shut out the exact snipers and cabals that hit us the first time. Real holders will be airdropped the new token, intended 1:1 based on what you hold today. Nothing about your position changes; you'll be made whole.

Our goal goes a step further than a clean migration. We're stacking fees ahead of launch with the target of acquiring up to 43% of supply ourselves at the open so this token can never be sold down on the people who held through the quiet. That is just the start. We plan to closely work with the virtuals team as well as @Root_Edge to integrate further upon tokenomics.

One note on timing: We're not rushing we're accumulating to hit our supply target and making sure the snapshot and airdrop are airtight. Exact dates for the launch, the snapshot, and the airdrop will be posted here and in our Discord as they're locked.

This is the cleanest reset we could ask for with the chart now in OUR hands.
