@AWonderBall Thank you. It is actually awesome. After their stories, I have integrated with 78 Alters over the past 18 months. I feel more settled. I rarely flashbacks and nightmares of the traumatic incidents that those Alters were associated with. I'm heading towards #finalfusion

In my #TIR session more of my #DID #Alters integrated. They left messages with my counsellor, said goodbye to him and sailed away from my inner world. Now I can't #Switch with them, can't communicate, can't feel them. Happy that they are at peace. Missing them big time.
