33 years around the sun 🌞💫🎉
Today I’m feeling very grateful for life. Thank you for all the beautiful words and for following the journey this far.
“Another world is not only possible, she is on her way, on a quiet day, I can hear her breathing” - Arundhati Roy
Last week we opened Juntos Deli in Ibiza! The response has been incredible. The shelves are stocked with amazing food products from local brands we love. The kitchen is cooking up a storm, serving fresh food daily and the coffee is 👌🏼.
The deli is the latest member of the Juntos family. It expands our mission to bring more local, regenerative food to the community. It is a beautiful collaboration between Juntos Farm and Juntos House - bringing the best of both worlds.
I’m so proud of the team for pulling this off. If you’re on the island come by and say hello!
Dear X community,
I'm looking for a freelance Video Podcast Producer to join us at Juntos Farm this summer for Season 1 of The Seeds Will Grow.
This is a hands-on role across the full production pipeline — shoot setup, camera operation, audio, editing, colour grade, social cutdowns and a title sequence — working closely with me across eight long-form episodes. The guests are ecologists, healers, farmers and food thinkers. The tone is warm, curious and unhurried.
If you have a strong documentary or interview editing background, can run a 3-camera setup independently, and care about the kind of stories this newsletter tells — I'd love to hear from you.

Oh wow!
We just found out that The House of Harvest at Juntos Farm has been nominated for the ArchDaily 2026 Building of the Year Awards.
I put my heart and soul into designing this space.
It is a hub where distribution, transformation kitchens, our farm shop, and our tasting room all live under one roof, processing hundreds of tonnes of fresh, local produce every year.
We chose to renovate rather than rebuild, using natural, breatheable materials to optimise insulation. Topped with solar panels that generate a third of its power, the House of Harvest is proof that architecture can and should be regenerative. 🌍☀️
If this project resonates with you. Please would you consider vote for us.

The climate crisis affects every living being on this earth. We face a real need for greater global responsibility based on a sense of the oneness of humanity. If we fail to act, it is the children and grandchildren of today who will really suffer. For them we must act together.
🚨 NEW: Netflix secretly recorded an interview with Dr. Jane Goodall in March, set to air only after her death.
In it, she says she wishes Trump and Elon Musk could be blasted into space… and closes with:
“Don’t lose hope.”
Now that’s a final message.
The fact of the matter is that even in a best case scenario now, young people growing up today are going to endure a far more dangerous and severely degraded planet. They will never forgive us. They will curse their parents’ generation for what we did not stop.
I've been writing a four part series on Substack following my journey from the city to the farm. The last article is live. You can read it here:
