@Serellan I wonder if sidearms beyond the Mars security forces are just not a standard issue in space? Rather using rifles like S2 with the Marines on the moon?
Might be an oversight, I'd still assume you'd have to get pistol qualified either way. Probably just an oversight.
@angryoatmeal28@ToasterLad_@Nobbie_OCs The reason they are called 'Fleet Troops' is because much of the depictions of rebellion we get on SW media involves an Alderaanian leader or a ship (Princess Leia, Bail Organa & Tantive IV)

The Alderaanian security troops are sometime referred to fleet troopers because they serve aboard fleets. Alderaanian cells or rebel leaders.

@enyukeee@greeneyedtrin I think it's because Collin's finished her residency and moved away from the 'teaching hospital'.
Basically wrote her out... Though from a writing perspective her arc was done. Giving room for new characters take stage.
