There were two other CPC MPs that abstained as well but why were Scheer and your House Leader caught in such a state - of almost missing that vote?

@PierrePoilievre Right now PP does not know where or how to turn on just about any issue. Carney took the rug right out from under his feet by adopting just about every Right Wing policy that PP had in his (really Jenni Byrne's) playbook. He looks lost! Should've dumped Byrne after last election!
