I wouldn’t say it was luck for me because I’ve had to change and move flights / holidays since Covid due to illness and they’ve been nothing but fantastic and accommodating just different experiences 🤷‍♀️

I honestly cannot fault them, I get they aren’t Singapore Airlines but the staff have always been so nice. If it’s cabin crew or admin staff on the old fashioned telephone always so understanding
