My theory for the id of one of BL4's new vault hunters...

My entirely baseless #borderlands4 prediction: The vault hunter on the left in the group shot is Octavio from New Tales. Theres a noticeable time jump between 3 / New Tales and 4, the best endings to New Tales leave him with connections to Atlas (explaining his tech), and his demeanor and abilities could be explained by having to grapple with literally being killed and brought back to life over and over again. But again, this is a very shaky theory at best.

Just realized that no matter how far into Fallout 4's endgame you are, all you have to do to initiate the Minutemen's "Blow up the Brotherhood" quest is to walk up to Maxon and shoot him in the face. My life has new meaning. Except Maxon never showed up so I can't loot his coat.
