Seven years ago today I stood by my father’s bedside as he took his final breath. I watched my mother cradle the face of the man who she loved unconditionally for 56 years and tell him it was okay to go but wait for her. I watched as he struggled to leave her behind but longed for something I couldn’t comprehend.
My father was the epitome of what every father should be.
I love you, Pop. May the 7 year stretch finally be over.
@AmazonHelp I have spent hours in a constant loop of forms and customer service reps on chat and on voice calls. The transcript is in my account. I filled out your form with the order number, Omar. My contact information is there as well if you’d like to attempt to make this right.
.@Amazon@AmazonHelp — Your guaranteed Oct. 22 delivery (5–10 PM) of my $60 cat food order NEVER ARRIVED.
I spent HOURS in customer service chats with multiple agents. Nobody could explain WHY it was late, verify where it was, or give me a reliable answer. Instead, I got repetitive apologies, contradictory promises, and instructions to come back later.
I was working late, relied on your delivery promise, and now have to scramble to feed my cats and deal with the consequences before another full workday.
One agent offered a $30 gift card and a refund. Others kept telling me to wait. I asked what Amazon’s delivery guarantee actually means. I still didn’t get a straight answer.
This is not customer service. It’s a loop designed to exhaust the customer.
I have the FULL transcript. I want this escalated to corporate leadership for a real review and resolution—not another scripted apology.
Who at Amazon is accountable for this?
