So let me get this right people like @LucyTCWife were put in prison for asking uncomfortable questions around the #southport attack and the response of the government. Today we learnt that over a course of FIVE years multiple agencies and individuals missed many opportunities to stop the events of that horrific day.

It’s now time that the perpetrators parents (following condemnation by the inquiry) get charged with Unlawful Act Manslaughter (Google it) and the same for any civil servants that allowed him to commit those murders and prepare a terrorist event.
