#SFO #DisabilityAwareness is ON POINT today. A lovely woman waited with my wheelchair at the plane door holding an e-sign w/my full name on it. She took me through to baggage claim, got my luggage straight away, and toted me to rideshare where she waited with me. #HowLifeShouldBe

#Flying out of #LAX today & need #disability #assistance? Ensure your gate agents call at least 20 mins before you actually need to board. I waited 30+ mins for someone from @prosegurENG to help me down the gangway in a #wheelchair. The entire plane already boarded #demoralizing
