My team recreated the broken necklace and puffed out shirt effect 6 times out of 6 using gel block tests and a 30-06 and a necklace comparable to the one Charlie Kirk was wearing that day.

The explanation is that because fluids cannot be compressed when 2,000+ ft-lbs of force is suddenly dumped into a fluid environment, what you see instead is violent expansion.

Note the shirt gyrations in our videos match those of CK's. The expansion happens in thousandths of a second, while typical video is in hundredths, causing all sorts of video artifacts.

Our video below was shot at 460 fps and with strong lighting, allowing us to see things more clearly.

We had nothing like this for the arrest and trials of the Genocidaires that were prosecuted for the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (UNICTR. This is a great step toward justice for the Palestinians and the world.
FYI - countries around the world prosecuted the Genocidaires in the national courts, international courts and Rwandan Courts. The post Genocide Government in Rwanda set up categories for the perpetrators depending on their involvement in the killings. The masterminds were prosecuted in the UNICTR - it was the Prime Minister, other Gov Officials, the Media, the Military leaders, wealthy civilians who funded the slaughter etc. The US has a vigorous policy of finding and prosecuting those involved - offering rewards for finding fugitives.
The new Rwanda government was the Military force who STOPPED the Genocide on July 4 1994. They set up a justice initiative - prosecuting in their National courts and then a far reaching traditional justice systen acalled the Gacaca Courts "justice on the grass" run by judges - who were community elders - the whole country was included in this process - over 1.2 million cases were heard. (2002-2012)
The French Government was the backer of the Genocide although many of us wanted to prosecute them. They have admitted their culpability and apologize and opened their archives -
