@cityoftoronto So when you get hit on the sidewalk by an e-scooter, who do you complain to? On the 311 app, there is no option to complain about e-scooters. Yonge and Eglinton I’ve seen multiple people hit. Thought there was a police blitz to teach riders.

@NespressoCA where do we recycle old Nespresso machines? The heating element on my old one started overheating the coffee and burning the taste so bought a new machine.

@Bell_Support I had to connect my iPad to my phone to be able to watch. My Bell TV box keeps freezing up. So my 5G on my phone is having no issues watching, but the Bell network is frozen

@TD_Canada I’ve been trying for a week to log into the EasyWeb site and the TD app and it keeps giving me an error message”This should be working, but something’s gone wrong”. I need to pay bills and can’t access my account. Will this get fixed soon?

@LoblawsON Does Loblaws have any senior discounts and what age group is considered “senior”? I know Shoppers has seniors days and some Shoppers offer the discount to 60 years olds and one store was 55

@MicrosoftStore at work, we use the 4K Microsoft Display Adapter. Bought some new TV’s, but can’t find the adapters anywhere. Sold out on the Microsoft Store, Amazon keeps cancelling the order due to no availability. Are they still available? What other options are there?

@UPS_Canada I needed the package on Saturday, it’s Monday now. No way to talk to anyone on the phone other than an automated message asking for an info number on the slip the driver left, which he didn’t leave because no real delivery attempt was made.

@UPS_Canada Was waiting for a package that I needed today. Got an email from UPS that they attempted delivery but I was home waiting and nobody came. There was no slip on the door that they attempted delivery and the CCTV camera showed that nobody came to the building.

I’ll even pick it up from a UPS depot. Tried calling customer support and the message says they won’t be back until Monday.

@McDonaldsCanada just did a curb side mobile order for a Crispy Chicken Deluxe with fries and drink. Got back to work and opened the box to find some kind of burger that definitely wasn’t chicken. I have diet restrictions so can’t eat beef. So I guess just fries for lunch? WTF

@Airbnb live in an apartment in Toronto. Our lease doesn’t allow short term rentals but the guy across the hall is Airbnb his place. Management has told him to stop but he’s still doing it. How do they get you guys to remove the listing?

@pc_optimum I load my offers every week in the app. But noticed that my point count isn’t increasing. Looked at my points history and saw that in the last month, I only received points 1 time. All the other visits are 0 points.What’s going on?

@TOPublicHealth If you’ve had family members who’ve had blood clots in the past, my father passed away from a blood cot that caused an aneurysm and my mom had a blood clot as well, does that that make a person more susceptible to getting clots from AZ or J&J?
