TG ACB Faces Questions Over Unequal Treatment in DA Cases.!

Former TGSPDCL ADE Ambedkar’s wife DR Tabitha has urged the ACB Director to examine what she calls unequal treatment in disproportionate assets cases.

She says while DSP Bheem Reddy received a notice under BNSS Section 35(3) without arrest or remand, her husband was arrested and kept in judicial custody for 36 days despite cooperating with the investigation.

Invoking Article 14 of the Constitution, she has sought an impartial review, alleging that equality before law must apply uniformly to every accused.

I truly appreciate honest commentary on political humility and police protection to robber barons.

Other day I came across your post on appreciating the CM of Telangana for scaling down of police security to many ‘VIPs’ including some senior officers who sacrificed best part of their careers to deal with the most violent home grown insurgency of our times.

We will debate it at a later date, but what missed your attention is the gentleman who is officially moving with a posse of huge police security sporting imported automatic weapons! His only qualification is that he is the brother of hon’ble CM of Telangana!!!

Whatever I comment on his activities will become political, but I request you to do a little bit of research to dig out the truth behind this made up ‘threat perception’ saga.
