Today, the YHS Band commemorated Memorial Day by playing in the town parade, and senior Ichiro IIzuka played Taps during the ceremony. It was a beautiful way for the students to support their community and show their respect, and is a tradition they have upheld year after year.

Throwback Thursday has us looking back to a couple of weekends ago, when YHS music students took part in an adjudicated performance and clinic led by college music professors, and scored a SUPERIOR rating! Congrats to our incredible music teachers and their dedicated students!
