Not getting a response from @vrbo they are clearly protecting a scammer. I sent proof of house damage and black mold. Proof of hotel receipts to find a new place and nothing it’s been over 4wks. @vrbo never gives an answer or response.

How is this ok @vrbo the house was destroyed and I was lied to for weeks. We didn’t stay at the property and no one at @vrbo knows anything. This is crazy. Don’t use @vrbo. I need my refund. House was literally destroyed

@vrbo why am I still waiting for a refund since Oct 26th for a home that was damaged and had mold. Sent pictures no one will answer my questions and still no refund. @vrbo does not vet houses. Do not use

@vrbo Worried I never get any answers from Vrbo on a refund I requested back in October. The home was damaged and had black mold and no response and everyone @vrbo keeps hanging up. I’m out 990 for a place we couldn’t stay and no answers from Vrbo. Wouldn’t recommend.
