As Storm Brendan hits with torrential rain & high winds, this poor young Staffie girl was abandoned on the Bwlch mountain road & tied to a fence. Fortunately an eagle-eyed motorist spotted her & stopped to pick her up. If you have any info please ring 01443 226659. Pls RT #RCT
