#Hurricane #RAFAEL is approaching #Cuba with winds of 80 knots & strengthening. It'll make landfall late today W of Havana. November hurricanes are unusual, but when they do happen, this is typically where. Once in Gulf of Mexico, hurricane should unravel before reaching US.
