Today was our Shang Dynasty Day and what a great day we had! We performed dramas based on the story of King Tang, we worked as archaeologists to dig up ancient artefacts, we used secondary sources to research those primary sources and we created our own oracle bones! #HistoryWJS

@UK_CAA We after another 64 mins I’m still no further along - my claim has been processed and approved but no one at the CAA can confirm when it will be released ... they hope by Friday I won’t hold my breath! 😡

@UK_CAA I’m absolutely disgusted after being in hold for an hour and 23 minutes I was refused to be put through to a manager and then The call was cancelled after the officer refused to give me his name - when will I get my money! Who can I call and what is going on?

@UK_CAA Oh what a shock it’s Monday and you’ve guessed it no money! That’s another 2 hours of my life on the phone today 😡 probably to he told to wait till Wednesday as you’ve not completed the 1/3 of claims that you failed to complete by Friday. Imagine if I owed you over £2k!

@UK_CAA Thanks for your automated response - I’m still waiting already submitted the further information .... twice I won’t hold my breath for the money today and I’ll waste another 2 hours of my life tomorrow in the phone to get nowhere
