We need someone with integrity and focus on build quality again in this world. 14 years ago, I had a pair that lasted me 7 years. Ever since then, every other brand's headphone has broken for me in 1-2 years. I want to come back to Sennheiser, but even current reviews say 3-4 years with people showing their old sets lasting similar 5-10 years. Please go back the other way, not planned obsolescence. I would buy the HD 280 for $200 instead of $89 if it meant 7 years instead of 3.

I do praise that people are getting 3 years from your current offerings instead of my experience with others which is 1-2 years but be the best you that I know you can be!
