@renoomokri Corruption in Nigeria is not only about money. I served over 3 years as an ad-hoc lecturer on ₦49,500/month, handling multiple courses. When recruitment came, roles for ad-hoc staff vanished. Those who passed interviews were ignored for political picks.
Some candidates were interviewed physically, others via Zoom, for the same jobs. Where is fairness? This destroys merit, fuels brain drain, & weakens institutions. This is not bitterness. It is a call for transparent recruitment.

@renoomokri If this is true, what kind of leader leaves money idle in a bank possibly tied to him when it could’ve built infrastructure, industries, or supported the poor? That would’ve shown wisdom and real leadership.
@TheNationNews@ARISEtv I hope this bill will be considered by both chambers and extended to all branches of government. However, we need to look for any side effects before moving forward, as one of our major problems as a country is planning without considering the consequences.
@TheNationNews@OfficialPDPNig Let everyone educate their people on the importance of regional government, and then a vote can be organized to see how many Nigerians support this idea. I believe this will be democratic. We need this right now.
@TheNationNews That means you're looking for someone who makes their money from causing others to cry and suffer. My sister, you won't find that man as long as he works very hard and earns every single naira the right way.
@TheNationNews@inecnigeria They can't do anything as long as their staff recruitment process is based on political will and individual needs. They won't be able to address staff corruption effectively.
@NigeriaStories Don't mind @officialEFCC; they violate the rights of young Nigerians while real criminals remain at large. They can't bring to justice those responsible for mismanagement of state funds and illegal usage of state funds for personal purposes, and so on.
