Update though: I hit a high weight of 207 in August. Today I hit 190! Not huge, but progress is progress 👍🏻

I am NOT supporting EDs. I have dealt with binge eating disorder for the past five years and it has been the worst experience ever.

So this summer will be spent focusing on getting my eating disorder in line with my physician's help and incorporating exercise again.

This past year has really taken a toll on my body. I gained all the weight I lost (50lbs) back and have the lowest self esteem.

After finals week is over I'll finally be able to completely focus on getting back on track with my health.
