Nothing but stupid excuses to justify the fact that the game has no multiplayer and that practically no one is going to replay it. On top of that, it is ridiculously overpriced for what is basically an improved version of an extremely basic game that already existed, and its playtime is incredibly short compared to other games that cost less.
They are also making it with one of the most mediocre and simplest game engines to work with nowadays. But at this point, it is already typical of 343 Industries, the group of people who destroyed one of the most iconic franchises in video game history.
It’s hilarious how they nerfed one of Jason’s only genuinely useful addons, reducing the Exhausted effect from 13 seconds to 3. Wouldn’t it have been easier to just remove it from the game and scam their players like they always do, selling characters only to nerf them into the ground a month later?
It’s ridiculous that the nerf removes 76.92% of the add-on’s usefulness. Even a 50% nerf would already sound excessive, especially after they just sold the killer to a huge number of players and then, one month later, took advantage of that and completely destroyed one of his addons.
Honestly, it’s no longer surprising coming from a company that has shown countless times that the people working there are unpleasant and only care about squeezing as much money out of players as possible.
