The word of God says otherwise:

If your Allah is supposedly the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob then the Old Testament is his word if you’ve changed it you’ve blasphemed.

The new testament gives Jesus account.

And his word (Prophet Isaiah) said this:

A son is born and is given:

Jesus is the branch:

Really? In 1947 the Dead Sea scrolls were found it had the complete scroll of Isaiah 1000 years older than any other manuscript! The significance ? It has 66 chapters and the Bible has 66 books.

It means there’s a complete record of all the prophesy of Jesus Christ, his birth, where it will be, when, where he will minister, live and his crucifixion.. it has it all, and also it stated Israel will be formed in a day - they were 14th May 1948 within that year at the UN!

A son is born and is given:

Islamic scholars add “with Allahs permission” to explain the miracles away. But that does not highlights the problem why was Jesus given powers to do these things but no one else was permitted to do so? Why was Jesus given powers by God alone? Jesus enters the world through the virgin birth a miraculous entrance no other prophet including Muhammad shares. Jesus is alive today with god and awaits his return Muhammed dies and is buried in Medena with no promise of his return. Jesus received exalted titles Muhammed none. The Quran records Jesus performing multiple life giving miracles, Muhammed performs none. In fact Surrah 17 has him refusing demand for signs. This contrast creates an awkward truth for Islam, the Quran elevates Jesus above Muhammed. If Muhammed is the seal of the prophets why does the Quran make Jesus more unique and exalted?

The answer undermines the Qurans central claim, Surrah 4: “They did not kill him or crucify him but it was made to appear so to them” with that single sentence Islam rejects the most well documented events of the ancient world. Crucifixion was not a hidden act it was public execution method. Carried out under official authority, this event is recorded by Christians and non Christian historians. By denying this the Quran puts itself at odds with every 1st century source, Christian, Roman and Jewish alike. It offers no alternative account, no timeline and no eyewitness testimony only the claim, it appeared to happen.

This also creates a theology problem for Islam, if Jesus did not die there’s no resurrection if no resurrection then the Gospel account the Quran gives to him loses its very foundation.

In trying to strip away the cross the Quran tried to remove the heart of the biblical Jesus & replaces it with a figure that never existed in history.

Using Qurans own words it points away from their message of a prophet but to someone far greater. Jesus:
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

The Islamic Dilemma

"The Quran talks about the previous Scriptures of Jews & Christians (Torah and Gospel) it states they were given guidance and light. Chapter 6 Quran, says to let the people of the Gospel (Christians) judge by the Gospel and therein, and if they do not judge by what Allah has revealed to them, then they are defiantly disobedient. If the Quran is true and it tells me to judge by the Gospels, then the Quran is false."

Muslims call Jesus: Al Masih, the Messiah, yet they don’t explain the title? It means Gods anointed that will establish gods kingdom forever. No other prophet is given this title in the Quran. He’s called Kalimatulla, the word of god.

In the Bible John, calls him:
John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

The Quran calls him Ruhullah, A Spirit from god. A name not used for Muhammad or any other prophet.
This elevates Jesus above the human only status Islam assigns to their prophets.

It also states Jesus was born of the virgin and performed miracles and created life from clay. And is alive with god awaiting his return. Islam scholars find it uncomfortable to explain this without sounding close to the Christian message. For all these honours the Quran insists Jesus was a prophet. And is a contradiction of its own claims. It gives him Devine titles, miraculous powers and a unique role in history while denying the very thing those titles and powers point to his true identity as god in the flesh.

This internal contradiction sets the stage for the unravelling of the Quran. It claims Jesus was given a Devine book called the Injil , the gospels, Surrah 546 says, “we sent after them the son of Mary confirming the Torah that came before him and we gave him the Gospel”. The Quran says this was a book revealed by god in the same way supposedly Muhammad got his message!

Here’s the problem - no book exists, no manuscripts, no fragments, and no quotations from early 1st century sources. Nothing!

No Christian writings ever say Jesus received a book from heaven. The Bible says he preached the good news of the gospel. But this refers to his message not a book. If the Injil the Quran refers to is meant to be the Gospel message Christians already had in the 1st century then Muslims must explain why it matches the New Testament testimony including the crucifixion, deity and resurrection of Jesus which Islam denies.

If it’s a different book where is it? Islam has a dilemma either the Quran refers to the new testament gospels which contradict Islamic teachings or it refers to a lost Injil for which there’s no evidence. In either case the Quran case collapses under the weight of History. The Quran records the miracles of Jesus that sets him apart from all prophets and creates deep cracks in Islam theology.

Surrah 3, verse 49 says: Jesus fashioned from clay that was like the form of a bird, then breathed into it then it became a bird with Allahs permission - this is creating life from nothing?

In the Bible Genesis 2, Verse 7, god himself formed man from the dust. No prophet in the Bible or Quran created life cos only God can! Yet they assign Jesus creating life?

They state Jesus was healing the blind & lepers and raising the dead. These are not symbolic acts these are physical demonstrations of powers over, nature, disease and death. These powers are not attributed to Muhammad or any other prophet. What’s more remarkable they state that Jesus is sinless. Surrah: 19, 19 calling him a pure son at birth, whilst other prophets are told to seek forgiveness for sins.
