@StephenMather6 @higginsdavidw I wonder if any assessment is bring done on oil price at pump related to global price..pre and post tax break ? Particularly the lag in price drop...industry is a scam so is worth scrutiny

@mickdela @I_thinks_it @gregallenRTE There is no point in having awful days as part of your average potential, if half your days were in tough wind ..they are likely to count at some point and if that is your average conditions..it will apply that , it's a good system, just irish struggle with discarding in golf ...

@I_thinks_it @mickdela @gregallenRTE But only 8 of 20 count, that round is considered an outlier abnormal event ..if you apply a pcc of very high numbers. You are using outlier days to be forced into the whs calculation, accept that day as one of the 12 discounted days and move on...just Irish want every round equal

@gregallenRTE An issue in Ireland is there are so many people in the competition over a long day , that the % to meet no PCC are regularly met.

ultimately the system is with an average, so it all works out even with no pcc.

There is a culture thing too .Irish obsession with WHS is mad/ott
