On a serious note: HR40 is FLAWED and must be FIXED or REPLACED! We need a MARKUP session for this bill before any vote is taken!

@RacistSpectrum @BlackEducator1 Thanks again for asking. You are incorrect that many whites will qualify under our criteria. Many whites, in fact most if not all, do not identify as Black or African American. Thats one of our criteria. Its also not the case that most whites are descendants of U.S Slavery.

@RacistSpectrum @BlackEducator1 Thanks but actually that's not correct. Our criteria has to pieces to it. That you have at least 1 ancestor who was enslaved in the U.S. AND that you identify as black or African American. That will exclude white folks.
