These AI ban waves aren't bugs; they're legal shields. Facing massive child safety lawsuits, Roblox inflates enforcement metrics with aggressive automated filters to prove "action" to courts and regulators, happily sacrificing innocent accounts as collateral damage. @Roblox_RTC

Roblox is doing EVERYTHING except taking accountability for its BROKEN moderation and appeal system.

With CHILD-SAFETY LITIGATION, STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTIONS, and growing REGULATORY SCRUTINY, @Roblox is under pressure to demonstrate that its TRUST & SAFETY systems are effective.

But aggressive AI enforcement is not EFFECTIVE ENFORCEMENT.

When there is mass AI enforcement, FALSE POSITIVES can get innocent users TERMINATED, while getting a HUMAN REVIEW can be extremely difficult.

Roblox can report enforcement numbers and new safety measures, but those numbers mean NOTHING for users who are wrongly terminated and unable to get their cases properly reviewed.

If Roblox wants users, parents, regulators, and the courts to have confidence in its moderation, ACCOUNTABILITY and TRANSPARENCY have to matter too.

@loopworkgames @Roblox @RobloxCreators @KreekCraft I got banned for allegedly ban evading with an account that I don't even have any connection to. Shared Wi-Fi and devices probably made it look connected somehow. I know spamming appeals won't help, but I'm just hoping they actually look into the situation :/
