Effective immediately, the U.S. flag has been ordered to half-staff in honor of U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham. Flags will remain at half-staff until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026. The Maryland flag is also lowered in accordance with protocol.
