Everywhere I go, I see #stories
I took this picture when I went to eat spicy food after the London weather dealt with me.
There's something beautiful about the Nando's brand (they have a persona called Barcelos which is the name of their peri-peri chicken).(contd)
Just saw a tweet where a graduate said she needed a job. Someone blindly told her she could only become a teacher because of her discipline:English & Literary Studies based on "the 9ja factor" I will do a thread on the job options this discipline offers by 10am. Watch this space
Learning another language can save your life
It is demanding and challenging, but worth it in the end

Business principles.
Also, the possibility that passengers would board at other bus stops and pay the going rate makes it easy for the drivers to decline such unfavourable offers.
It baffles me when I'm in a maruwa and someone trying to enter offers a lower fare. The driver says no and keeps moving, burning fuel with empty seats.
What's the logic?
Wouldn't you rather take ₦200 than insist on ₦300 and get nothing?

Or is there something I'm missing? 🤷🏽♂️
Luxuries that don’t feel like luxuries:
•Having your parents still alive
•Siblings in the same city
•A beautiful family of your own
•Genuine Friendship
•No health issues
•A roof over your head
•A hot shower with no rush
•Having something to eat
•The ability to sleep and wake up the next day
•Silence when you need it
•Owing nobody anything urgent
Cultivate gratitude for the luxuries that often go unappreciated.
Look at your ordinary life and see the abundance in it.
