one of the problem is tha we've started using followers count as a shortcut for trust.

It's easier to compare 200k vs. 20k followers than it is to ask, "Whose content actually changed someone's mind or inspired them to act?"

That's why I find Clasho's approach interesting. If creators are rewarded for the impact their content has instead of just the audience they already own, it gives thoughtful creators a much fairer chance to stand out.

A new month is always a good reminder that progress doesn't come from one perfect day but it comes from showing up consistently, learning, and getting a little better each time.

The thing I like most about Clasho is the idea of giving content a chance to speak for itself.

A lot of creator opportunities start with the same question: “How many followers do you have?”

But that doesn't always tell the full story.

Some creators are great at explaining ideas, starting conversations, and making people care, even without a massive audience.

I like that @ClashoAI is exploring a different way to look at creator value one where the work itself has a bigger role.

Hunger and the Insensitivity of Mr. President

I watched with deep concern the statement made by President Bola Tinubu to the Catholic Bishops who visited his office, that there has always been hunger in Nigeria, even before he was born.

While it is true that hunger has been a part of human life and has existed in our country for decades, such a statement appears insensitive to the plight of the millions of Nigerians who face worsening economic hardship today. More importantly, we must focus on the facts and the measurable outcomes of governance.

Before the present administration assumed office in 2023, an estimated 17 million Nigerians were facing acute food insecurity, primarily caused by insecurity, armed conflict, widespread banditry, and devastating floods. Today, less than three years later, that number has risen to about 35 million Nigerians. Instead of improving the situation, the crisis has worsened significantly under the current administration.

The same trend is evident in poverty. Before this government took office in 2023, Nigeria’s extreme poverty was estimated at 87 million people. Current projections suggest that this number is approaching 140 million people, making Nigeria home to the largest population of people living in extreme poverty anywhere in the world.

No one disputes that this administration inherited serious challenges. However, leadership is measured not by the challenges inherited but by the results achieved. The government must honestly acknowledge that its response has fallen far short of what the situation demanded, with millions more Nigerians pushed deeper into poverty and hunger.

The combination of persistent insecurity, poor economic management, fiscal indiscipline, wasteful public expenditure, and inadequate investment in productive sectors has compounded the suffering of ordinary Nigerians.

A responsible government must prioritise investment in education, healthcare, agriculture, security, and small businesses while pursuing policies that create jobs, expand production, and lift people out of poverty. That remains my commitment to the Nigerian people.

Today, I visited Abor village in Enugu State to see the village children learning Maths. I turned into a teacher today as well.

Some of the children don’t have teachers in their schools. Some said their teachers are always in a hurry to cover their syllabuses, while others have very uninteresting teachers.

I personally experienced the joy and eagerness in the children. This gives me so much joy.

The lessons will now be held Monday to Saturday, and we will run 2 batches every day because of the crowd.

We will run an internal assessment every 2 weeks.

This now looks like a model that will eradicate illiteracy in villages and low-income areas.

I've never really understood the hype around Apple.
their products are good and the ecosystem is probably one of the smoothest out there.
But my problem with it is that the more Apple products you own, the harder it feels to leave. switching to something else feels like a stressful process.
unlike Androids, I can switch without even feeling the need to adjust much
