2. Move the glitched character to the edge of the platform
3. Have another character dash into the glitched char and have the glitched char grab them.

@Spectrobits That's supposed to happen. You can set an offense cheer and preserve that and the NPC T1 defense cheer permanently by intentionally fainting early.

I looked into Attack/Defense cheers again in SV since version 2.0.1 made them visible.

I think the initial inconsistencies I observed in cheer bonuses and durations are due to a bug:

Every time your Pokémon faints, its active cheers become permanent, and this can be stacked!

@Spectrobits Yeah, 252 HP/Atk (Special Defense probably works even better unless you end up getting hit by physical Tera Blast). The real key to this clear are the NPCs for support though.
