@Oceaniz96 -with either system I’d like a way to combat outlier scenarios for RNG. I think I personally find RNG Charms more interesting as a whole, but Rise had other things like Qurious Crafting which make me prefer World’s system.
@Oceaniz96 I think my biggest problem with both systems is the variance the RNG creates between players. In my time in World ~500 hours, 400 or so of those being endgame, I never got a single WEX or Crit Boost deco, meanwhile I got a pretty great charm 50 hours into Rise’s endgame. Ideally-
