It’s now confirmed — Flamingo will be the mascot of the Ethereum Glamsterdam upgrade.
Back in October 2025, @abcoathup introduced EIP-8066 on the Ethereum Magicians forum, proposing new mascots for the Glamsterdam upgrade. Since then, the discussion has overwhelmingly leaned toward Flamingo, with nearly 90% of participants suggesting it.

More recently, this direction has been further reinforced through All Core Dev discussions, where Flamingo appears to have reached strong consensus as the next mascot.
