@OnTheQueenside Qualifying doesn’t mean you have to receive it. She has to actually apply for the title (and maybe pay a small fee, idk about direct titles).

It’s likely she just didn’t apply for the WGM direct title, instead aiming for a higher title like IM or GM.

Between an ex-src cheater, a Ranked ex-cheater, and a slur user, the hell do you do. One unban will lead to people asking “if X got unbanned why not Y”, and it all becomes messier.

Whether or not chloe deserves an unban is a different story.
