Flannery manufactures trims for exterior panel systems, including Fiber Cement Panels and Composite Siding Materials. These trim products fit a variety of panel thicknesses, including 5/16” thick cement panels and 1-1/4” thick composite siding products.

Flannery’s Drip Screeds create a drip edge for moisture to “drip” off stucco fascia edges, thus preventing it from running back across a soffit. Drip Screeds are typically set at the corner joint where fascias meet a soffit.

Here is a closer look at one of our new Light Cove trims! Our Knife Edge, which attaches to a suspended ceiling grid to create a ledge for LEDs or light fixtures, has sloped edge to create a unique detail that allows for an indirect lighting effect above acoustical ceiling grid!
