Everyone posting how they jumped up massively with the new rep boost patch... I went Rookie 6 to Starter 3. Meanwhile there's people out here going Rookie 4 too Starter 4..... #NBA2K27#RepBoost@Beluba What determined the amount of boosts you got??
Wang I’m begging you please do not let these dudes crying about a smaller green window, that have no shooting badges on day 1, force yall into doing another first month patch this year that makes shooting so easy a blind man could shoot 80%.
Dudes will complain about 2k being the same game every year (it never is and you’d know that if you weren’t ass) but then can’t even fathom playing a game where the gameplay is so significantly different from any 2k they can compare it to, that they just cry to get the same shit they had last year back 😂
You don’t have badges, 2k lab hasn’t come yet with your golden ticket to figuring out how to shoot, and it’s been TWO DAYS 😂
If you’re willing to complain this early, I know DAMN WELL you’re too impatient to even think it’s worth practicing your jumpshot for even literally an hour too.
You’re also all so made by your shooting that you bring zero to the table as a player otherwise, and can’t figure out how to impact a game without it. That’s also pretty sad real shit.
There’s no RNG factor that will make you randomly miss shots. If you release your shot perfectly every time, you will make every shot. Your shot speed can vary based on a number of different factors (stamina, defensive pressure, the catch, pulling up off dribble vs. triple threat, sig shot grades, etc.) That’s the skill gap.
2K26 shooting percentages are absolutely achievable in 2K27, but many people are going to need a lot of practice to get there. Higher shooting ratings/badges will help too.
I think people are right to be mad about your highest 2K26 plate carrying over to 2K27—but not for the reason you think.
It’s a NEW game. We want to experience the new mode and actually have something casual too play. I’m mediocre and hit MVP ONCE with randoms on Rec.😂 #NBA2K27
Two of the #Jets most criticized offseason moves are what cost them this game.
Brandon Stephens looked like Brandon Stephens. Xavier Gipson looked like Xavier Gipson.
A lot to be encouraged about with the new staff, but those decisions are hard to defend.
