I wanted to wait for my own feelings to settle before I say this so I don't misspeak but I’m desperately reaching out for advice.

I am being harassed and stalked by a former community member I banned last year. Just to be clear, I tried to work with him a lot while he was in my community but he couldn’t stop making up drama, lying, and manipulating other members into fighting each other & constant attention seeking. Ultimately for my own sanity and the health of my community as a whole I finally banned him in November of 2025 after 8 months of putting up with his antics.

Recently, I had a virtual meet and greet with an incredible talent agency during Offkai, I met so many adorable flumpkins and had an amazing time! Unfortunately the final person in line turned out to be my harasser. I froze and had no idea what to say, he told me I was making this awkward, claimed that he got therapy and is so much better, lied that he never talked poorly about me in other people’s spaces, and that his newest revelation is I never cared about him while he was in my community. The amazing company hosting me quickly removed him from the meet and greet once they realized what was happening and I’m so grateful, it was an unfortunate thing but they couldn’t have handled it better.

This did not taint my experience as a whole, he is obviously very unwell and I banned him for a reason, but I am still shaken.
It makes me very worried for Twitchcon mostly. I met him at Twitchcon last year and there were quite a few uncomfortable interactions. I never thought he would show up to my Offkai meet & greet and I’m not about to repeat the same mistake and say he’d never show up at the event he knows I’ll be there in person for. I need help. I really don’t know what to do, if anyone has experienced something like this especially as a creator I’m asking for your wisdom. How did you handle it, what safety measures did you take? What can I do to make sure I'm safe?
