I’m also in a special niche where i can only work 30 hours a week so they don’t have to give me benefits. So while my supervisors get to work from the safety of their home, i get to work at a hospital with no PPE or benefits (HEALTH INSURANCE).

The best part is i could 100% be working from home because i work for mainly remote hospitals over the phone but i am stationed at one main hospital. But they don’t want to have to go through the trouble of accommodating their employees with the necessary tools to do so.
