This Domestic Abuse Bill continues to move towards becoming law. It promises various positive changes including preventing alleged abusers from cross-examining alleged victims.
The Domestic Abuse Bill has passed its second reading in the House of Commons and will next be considered in detail in a Public Bill Committee.
