Framing is officially underway on our first three-story Garage Lofts!
These Garage Lofts build on the look and feel of our trackside Phase 1 units while introducing an entirely new rooftop living experience. Each residence features 3,300 sq. ft. with a climate-controlled garage, a private suite, a full kitchen and bar area, and expansive space for an office or game room. The top level is a private rooftop with room for an enclosed bar or office and a spacious terrace for relaxing or entertaining. Floor plans are customizable, guided by each Member's vision.
Our new Villa community sits just off the circuit, close enough to follow the line of every lap from home. It’s a setting designed for people who don’t just enjoy driving, but want it woven into where and how they live.
Luxury is in the details. This garage loft was curated by our onsite designer and furnished through Bennett Home—Knoxville’s long-standing source for artisan-crafted pieces. From the curated décor to the quality of each piece, every element reflects a lifestyle built around intentional design.
The December issue of Autostrada is out, featuring Flatrock Motorclub in “Traction in Tennessee.”
The story describes how a visionary, an FIA Grade 2 Tilke racetrack, and the Tennessee landscape are shaping a new chapter in private motorsport. Autostrada describes Flatrock Motorclub as “one of the best driving experiences you will ever have.”
Less than ten minutes from the Club, Rockwood Municipal Airport provides Members with a private-air arrival experience that is both seamless and exceptionally well supported. The newly sealed and striped 5,000-foot runway accommodates private jets along with piston and turbine aircraft. The airport’s expansion includes 75,000 square feet of full-service turbine-friendly hangar space, a new FBO terminal, a backcountry maintenance shop, a grass landing strip, and updated ground support. Members also benefit from access to an outstanding on-site team and exclusive discounts and services. Flatrock shuttle service is available for Members and guests for smooth travel between the airport and the Club.
Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at Flatrock Motorclub. We hope you’re spending the day with loved ones, and we’re grateful for our Members, our staff, and everyone who continues to support the vision of this place. There is so much ahead, and we’re thankful to build it alongside you all.
In addition to the Clubhouse, a Members-only boutique hotel called The Westel will offer multiple venues for Members and their guests. Centrally positioned within the track, The Westel sits among premium garages and the Clubhouse on a hilltop with views of the circuit and the Cumberland Plateau. The Westel offers Members new ways to enjoy Flatrock Motorclub off the track through 44 thoughtfully designed rooms with generous terraces, two penthouse suites, two ground-level pit-side suites, pit garages, and dedicated event and conference spaces.
Several of our 30×36 Paddock Garages are nearing completion and others are close behind. Lining the front of Paddock Loop, they introduce a private, trackside address for owners and their cars.
Deeper into Paddock Loop, additional 30×36 builds are progressing alongside two larger two-story paddocks—a 72×48 and a 72×60—now well into framing. With pavers extending toward the main intersection, Paddock Loop is emerging as a refined retreat with car storage right off pit in/out.

Seasons may change, but our trackside views never get old. This 2,400-square-foot Garage Loft overlooking turn 10 provides a peaceful retreat from its second floor balcony patio.
The track is where everything we build begins—and where it all comes together. In this image, a Member buckles in for the first time driving his new Ferrari 488 Challenge car. At Flatrock Motorclub, everything comes back to the person in the driver’s seat.
Set on a hilltop above our world-class circuit, the clubhouse brings together locally quarried Crab Orchard stone and expansive glass. From the inside, the design frames views of the track and the Cumberland Plateau. Its elevated position gives Members a sense of privacy and exclusivity while staying fully connected to the energy of the circuit below.
As we move into a season focused on gratitude, we’re thankful for our track operations crew who keep Flatrock Motorclub running. These are the people who work behind the scenes to keep cars ready, sessions on schedule, and our Members taken care of before they even step onsite.
In less than thirty seconds on track, Members experience the essence of Flatrock Motorclub in a single turn. Braking from 142 mph to 83 mph in 246 feet, drivers enter our signature Turn 3—a dramatic 18-degree banked turn that sets the stage for the rest of the track.
Calculations are based on a Porsche GT3 RS, and have been provided by Tilke Engineers & Architects.
Our goal isn’t just to build a motorsport facility but to create a private luxury destination where car enthusiasts, family, and friends can gather, stay, and share a lifestyle rooted in performance and hospitality. We’re grateful for this incredible community and look forward to celebrating the holiday season with the people who make Flatrock Motorclub so special.
