@FreddyLA7 Hi Freddy, I've followed your adventures around the U.S. & want to know your favorite American dishes. I'm a U.S. recipe blogger and I am working on a list of American Restaurant copycat recipes. What would you like to see included in the list?
@oliverhenry What were your favorite American Foods? I know you liked the BBQ from Burnt Bean BBQ in Seguin, Tx. But what were your other favorite foods. I'm a recipe blogger, and will be creating a list of copycat recipes of many of the popular American Restaurant Chains.
@idahobeef He does have the fur pattern in the shape of a T on his forehead. T could be "TUNDRA" for the white, snowy, arctic plain, "TAURUS" (for the bull sign), or "TRACKER" for the distinctive tracking mark.
These CHARRO BEANS pack smoky bacon, spicy chorizo, and jalapeños into a flavor explosion with zero effort. Grab the #recipe and thank me later!

@oliverhenry FYI. Your favorite pit master is a judge on the TV show, Pitmasters, on the Food Network now, if you have a chance to turn on the TV. There are at least 2 contestants from the greater San Antonio area.
Safe travels. I enjoyed following your posts about Texas. You made me appreciate our state and town, and made me want to go visit some of these places again that I hadn't been to in a long time. We are going to miss your Texas posts but look forward to seeing your new travel posts. Have fun as you continue to travel the U.S.
@oliverhenry Hey, It's a free country, eat whatever food you want. Pastrami tastes great. It's just generally not considered a "Texas" food. "Smoked Brisket" is Texan, but pastrami is more popular in NE US, especially New York City.
@oliverhenry A proper South Central Texas breakfast would be breakfast tacos. Add chopped brisket to eggs, cheese, and salsa and wrap it up in a tortilla!
