God’s love is near. It is not a distant or an abstract idea. God’s love pursued us all the way to earth. Love came to a world with all kinds of issues and all kinds of brokenness. God sent His Son to show that He loves the world and His creation and He will restore it.
2 A righteous Helper comes to thee;
His chariot is humility,
His kingly crown is holiness,
His scepter, pity in distress.
The end of all our woe He brings;
Therefore the earth is glad and sings.
To Christ the Savior raise
Your grateful hymns of praise.
