मैं एलपीजी ऑफिस स्टाफ हूं जो करोना जैसी भयंकर महामारी में लॉकडाउन के दौरान भी सारा दिन अप��े ग्राहकों की सेवा व उनकी समस्याओं का निवारण करने हेतु तत्पर हूं,डिलीवरीमैनों का संचालन करता हूं,मुझे भी करोना वोरियर का दर्जा प्राप्त नहीं?क्या हमारी या हमारे परिवार की जान की कोईकीमत नहीं?

It's high time OMCs start providing necessary financial/operational support to dists against services expected from them. Help dists/staff/Delmen in their resolve to give uninterrupted services to custs during pandamic/floods. Pay them adequately to meet their increased expenses.

Option of selecting Payment mode remains with custs,we can educate/request them to make cashless payment by incentivizing/ convincing not compelling.The ₹ being a legal tender, one cannot refuse sale of essential commodity to bonafide custs paying cash without Govt's directives.
