@JalmicsINTL since you shut down your website and emails use your favorite platform Twitter to update us now as to why you still have our money. The last update on the site 9/1 said you would keep us updated...waiting!
Rachel & I didnt spend as much as some others had but regardless of how much anyone spent it is not right or ethical what this company has done to everyone involved & they shouldnt be allowed to hold on to our money any longer! 5/5

My @JalmicsINTL story...
@As_byginger & I bought 2 day (Sat&Sun) passes for the @nyshadowcon. A week before the event Jalmics announced the guest schedule which had major changes. My number one reason for attending this con was to meet Dominic Sherwood...

I think @JalmicsINTL being the manipulators that they are offered those free passes to garner sympathy knowing they had no intentions of having the convention. Until they refund everyone they will have no sympathy from me & probably never will!

Hey Diane from @JalmicsINTL or whatever your new business name is, you need to answer for what you have done and refund EVERYONE! You can't just turn off the website and email addresses and think the problem will go away. #shadowfam#JalmicsRefundNow
I think the reason card disputes go against their policy is because if we win our dispute we get 100% back but according to their policy they keep 2.5% of our money if the event is canceled. Which is total BS! We deserve 100% refunded!! #JalmicsRefundNow
You can't blame people for wanting their money that youve had for years for an event you failed to pay the hotel for. Stop blaming the hotel & stop blaming us! #JalmicsRefundNow#shadowhunters
@JalmicsINTL if you had taken responsibility for your own actions & refunded people immediately after the event was canceled & stopped putting blame on others for the delay in refunds you wouldnt be in this situation, none of us would be in this situation but here we are.
@As_byginger @sian265 @JalmicsINTL And people wouldn't be filing claims if they had refunded immediately after the event was canceled or at least within a week
