@nectar your customer support are worse than useless. Trying to move points between loyalty programs to no avail. they tell me my accounts are not linked, i can see both balances and account details in the Nextar App and shared a picture of the same. I can’t transfer points.

today to fix a machine that you delivered not working properly more than a month ago. Machine was working. it display faulty, new display fitted and now machine not working at all.

@Roblox son has issues logging into account and your system says too many requests and won’t send emails.
your helpdesk form has technical errors and won’t let me submit.

@AmazonUK why has Alexa stopped working with Sonos. Technical support suggestion to turn off and turn off again not solved problem. Suggests a software problem your end - any advice.
