If you are wanting to use Windows7, the FireWire Windows driver needs to be changed to "Legancy" driver to run. Works great.

You don't need to update the firmware of the 3K or 5K to the latest, yet, or to run PowerSDR 1.18.2.

Be sure to install the correct version of firmware for your radio. If you mess up, just reload the correct version.

New Firmware for both the 3K and 5K.. Will work with PSDR 1.18.1 and 1.18.0 but will be required for next new versions.

With the Flex 3000s, be sure to use PowerSDR 1.18.0 (or later SVN) FireWire driver - 3.4.0.4877
